2. Privacy policy
With this privacy policy we aim to inform you in terms of gathering and processing personal data. This document applies solely to information collected at this website (www.ya-atelier.at).
3. What information do we collect?
“Personal data” generally includes information concerning your personal relations, like your name, date of birth, email-address, phone number or your address. Moreover, also your IP-address may serve the identification which is why this data is included here as well. You will find more information concerning this matter in point 4.) access records.
Basically, however, it is possible to make use of this website without personal information. In case of intending to use our request form, it is necessary to enter your personal data to edit your request. In such cases we use your personal data solely to edit your issue. As far as your concern allows, you also have the possibility of contacting us anonymously. Except as described in this policy, we will not give any of your personal information to any third party without your express approval.
We draw your attention to the fact that data transmission over the internet (when communicating by email, e.g.) may have security gaps. Please note that the secure transfer of data via internet is not possible.
4. Access records
During your access to this website data transferred by your browser will be saved as log files by the server for back-up reasons which might make an identification possible (for example browser type/version, operating system, IP-address, time of day and called up pages). We do not permanently store these data but use them for identifying your sessions as well as for repelling attacks. After an automatically and routine revision, this log file will be deleted within 24 hours. This enables an anonymous character of all collected data and guarantees, that they will not lead to the user’s identity. The data will not be merged with any other sources. We reserve the right, however, to prove this information subsequent, in so far as we substantiate solid indications concerning an illegal use.

5. Duration of data retention
The personal data which is made available to us from you side will be used by us exclusively as long as it is necessary for this certain issue or for observance of legal requirements.
6. Limited provision
We will not give any of your personal information to any third party without your express approval. When editing your request, it may be needed for the website’s operator, however, to give your personal information to third parties that are exclusively acting in our name. Such service partners might be instructed with the technical implementation of our services (support, hosting, etc.). We demand though, that all companies which are included in our network use your personal data the way it is manifested in our privacy policy and on a legal level. Moreover, personal data will not ever be sold or hired to third parties.
We reserve the right, to disclose certain information referring to you in case we are obliged to do so by law.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, more specifically text files that are saved on the user’s computer to allow an analysis of his browser-activities. The information gathered by cookies are processed and stored on servers within the United States of America. Because of the activated IP-anonymization on this website, within the EU or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area the user’s IP-address will be cut previously. Only in exceptional cases the full IP-address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then cut there. Under the authority of the provider of this website, Google will use this information to analyze reports regarding website activities and to get further services that are related to website- and browser-activities for the website owner. The user’s IP-address that is transmitted within the scope of Google Analytics will not be brought together with any other data of Google. It is possible to prevent the storing of cookies through some adjustments to the browser settings; we would like to mention though, that in this case some functions of the website might not be used completely. Please notice, however, that the common transmission of emails does not take place via secured connections.

The operators of this website have met all technical and organizational requirements to protect your data from loss, modification or access from the outside. These security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
